REVIEW OF CONTRACT RULES

Please read the following information before signing your contract.  We have had problems in the past which
need to be addressed.  There are a few guidelines in your contract which some vendors have not been
abiding by and we will now be enforcing these rules.

Please note:  NO TEAR-DOWN UNTIL AFTER 4:00 pm.  Several vendors have started tear-down at the first
sign of rain or if the crowd thins out.  Your contract states that the show is RAIN or SHINE and if you are not
prepared for the weather we suggest you do not set up.  When you start to tear down if affects other
vendors and the crowds.  Please remember this is a fund raiser for our community as well as a moneymaker
for you.  If you tear down early you will risk not receiving a contract for the next show.  

We are also requiring that you set up in your assigned location only.  Some vendors either cannot find
where they are supposed to be or just pick a location they like.  Someone from the Boosters then needs to
scramble to find a spot for the vendor that was assigned to that spot.  If you are not sure where you are
supposed to be please ask someone and you will be helped.  If you are found to be in a different location
you will be asked to leave, forfeit your money and you will not receive a contract for the next show.

As many of you that have attended this show several times before know, parking is very limited.  There are
some areas that parking is simply not allowed or feasible and you must unload and park your vehicle in
another location.  This cannot be helped.  Please remember if any vendor has asked in the past to be
relocated, we have tried our best to accommodate you and will continue to do so.

We will not tolerate the sale or distribution of any knives or weapons of any kind to minors during the show
or as a result of the show.  Any vendor found to be selling these items to minors will be asked to leave
immediately and not be allowed to return to future shows.

This letter may offend some, but please be assured we have been left no choice.  We hope that you all can
live with these guidelines and choose to attend future shows but we must enforce the rules.  There are only
a few active members in our club, and we will try our best to help in any way we can.

UNIONVILLE BOOSTERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR ACCEPT ANY EXHIBITOR

AGREEMENT TERMS
I hereby agree to the following conditions:

1.  UNIONVILLE BOOSTERS CLUB shall not be responsible for any injury or loss that may arise the exhibitor
or his goods while said premises are being occupied by same under the agreement.

2.  UNIONVILLE BOOSTERS CLUB PROVIDES NO INSURANCE.  All insurance must be placed and/or paid
by the exhibitor.  We/I hereby relieve the Unionville Booster Club and all property owners of any
responsibility in connection with the safe keeping of the exhibitor’s property while said properties are on the
specified ground area.

3.  AREA MUST BE CLEANED BEFORE LEAVING.  REFUSE MUST BE TAKEN WITH YOU.  NO ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES.  IF THIS RULE IS ABUSED YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANOTHER CONTRACT.
         SET UP 6:00am   TIME OF SHOW 9:00am – 4:00pm
               NO TEAR DOWN UNTIL AFTER 4:00 pm

4.  Any exhibitor who has a spot in the field must notify the Unionville Boosters if they are not using their
spot.  THERE WILL BE NOT SELLING OF SPACE TO ANOTHER EXHIBITOR.  If this is done there will be no
contract for future sales.

5.  RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT IN ADVANCE ONLY.  Confirmation will be returned to you with an
assigned spot.  BRING CONFIRMATION WITH YOU THE DAY OF THE SALE.  Day of sale spots will be $55
after 9:00am.

6.  ALL MOTOR HOMES AND CAMPERS MUST BE IN THE FIELD BY 7:00am.  ALL VENDORS IN SPOTS IN
THE FIELD BY 8:00am.

7.  NO NEW MERCHANDISE DEALERS.  IF THIS RULE IS ABUSED YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO VACATE
YOUR SPOT IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT REFUND.

8.  The Unionville Booster Club contracts all food and concessions.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

9.  FAILURE TO RETURN CONTRACTS BY SPECIFIED DATE WILL RESULT IN FORFEITING YOUR SPOT.
